If yes, you are definatelly stucked in a rut. It’s high time now to change something! You have one life and you should have fun everyday, making every moment valuable.

1. Do something new
No matter what. Talk to a stranger, help homeless person or just try new flavours in restaurant.
The point is to do something you’ve never did before. To teach your brain new thing. This it he best way to get out of a rut and feel better.
Try to do new thing everyday. That will make your life fantastic, surprising and unforgetable 🙂
2. Cherish your life
Take a look at your life. It’s not that bad, isn’t it? Find things for which you are grateful. Buy flowers to your wife, take your children to the cinema, cook a dinner to your partner. Do anything to show your love and thanfullness.
Celebrate every moment that you are spending with people you love.
3. Make new friends
This is an awesome way to refresh your life! Meet someone new and talk about something exciting. Have fun, get to know other people and learn from them.
Expand your social circles and don’t be afraid to trust your new friends.
4. Change your style
Go crazy! Change your hair style or buy clothes you would never bought before.
Wear new things and don’t be afraid of colors!
5. Do what you love
If you haven’t find your hobby yet, you need to search for it. It’s extremly important to be passionate about something.
Travelling and blogging is what we love! How about you? When was the last time you forget about whole world while doing something? What makes you feel absolutely happy?
Thing about it and find your hobby. It will help you de-stress and make you more interesting person!
6. Go to a place you’ve never been before
Our advice is to go overseas. But we understand that travelling is not for everybody :).
So find a place in your neighbourhood that you’ve never been before and go there!
Explore new territories, get to know the world around you… It’s simple and extremly important for you and your brain. You should do something new and go to new place everyday!
7. Hang out with your old friends
Remember the time you were absolutely happy? Remember the people that were with you? Hang out with them!
Take a walk down memory lane. Find your old friends and spend some time with them. That would be a great therapy and amazing way to get our of a rut.
8. Start playing sports
Excercising gives you endorphins. Endorphins are hormones which make you happy.
That’s how it works. The more endorphins you have in your body, the happier you are.
Find a sport that you are good at. For Patryk, this is judo. For Karolina this is fitness and every dancing classes.
Both of us like swimming, so sometimes we go to a pool together.
If you think that sport is not for you, it means you haven’t try enough to like it. There must be some exercise you actually enjoy. Find it and we’re sure you’ll be happier in your life 🙂
