If you are going to travel with a group of people there are a few things you should keep in mind. Choose places where there are lots of things to do, be willing to compromise to keep the group happy, and have a set itinerary with planned activities so that things will go smoothly. Here are five great places that are great for a group holiday in 2017.

The Algarve is the southern region of Portugal and it is known for its wonderful golf resorts and its fabulous beaches. It is great place to relax and to work on your backswing. Spend a few days on the course improving your game and then a few days on the beach soaking up the luxurious sun or snorkeling in the beautiful turquoise waters. Greece

Greece is the perfect place for a group trip. It has scrumptious food, tons of beaches, and archeological sites that can’t be missed. Head to Athens and see the Parthenon and the Acropolis. Try out some fabulous fresh seafood and wash your meal down with locally prepared wine with a recipe that has been used for thousands of years. You can also head to the islands of Greece. The French Alps

The French Alps are a fabulous place for a winter group holiday. You can try skiing, ice climbing, and a variety of other winter sports. Your day’s activities can be planned around whooshing down the slopes and then stopping for fabulous meals to refuel. Croatia

Croatia is a fabulous place for a group holiday. The fascinating history and spectacular scenery are sure to please everyone in the group. Your fist stop should be the beautiful, walled city of Dubrovnik. There are tons of walking tours that your group can take through the city and you can even take a Game of Thrones tour, as this is the site where the scenes for King’s Landing are filmed. There are 1,000 islands off the coast with daily ferry service to some of the larger ones or you can charter a sailboat for the group and head out to explore. There are 7 World Heritage Sites located throughout the country and architecture that dates back to the Roman, Baroque, and Renaissance eras.
