It used to be held in the month of April till 2017, when it was moved to October, in order to make it fall in line with the Creole festival. While this carnival is all about party time, it also offers a wonderful platform for everyone to learn about Seychelles’ as well as other cultures.

In a way, it serves as a ‘melting pot’ where everyone can come together and collectively celebrate the beautiful history and culture of Seychelles.
