Sri Panwa Phuket Luxury Hotel Review

Location: 88 Sakdidej Rd, Vichit Muang Chang Wat Phuket 83000

One of the best things about going out on a holiday is being able to take in places that you might otherwise never see. In what is quickly becoming a globalized society, travel from one end of the globe to the other is becoming faster and more common than ever. Our all time favorite country to visit is Thailand, an emerging powerhouse in the Asian tourism scene. Outside of Bangkok itself, few attractions are more renowned or enticing than the Phuket region. Travelers to the area are sure to take note of the lush beauty, cultural brilliance, and unbeatable cuisine and entertainment, assuming, of course, that you find the right place to stay.

There are thousands of hotels in Phuket and it may be very difficult to find your perfect accommodation. However, it’s not impossible. It was our 4th holiday on Phuket island. This time we decided to skip the hustle and bustle of Patong area and find a peaceful place to relax and unwind. We chose to stay at Sri Panwa Phuket.

About the hotel

If the Phuket region stands as a jewel of a place, so too is the Sri Panwa Luxury Hotel a jewel within a jewel, a brilliant example of complementary beauty at work. The simple yet elegant architecture of the hotel is perfectly complemented by the surrounding seaside. The glass windows catch and reflect the lovely reflection of the sun-kissed beach environment around it, as does the sea itself. What’s more, the hotel’s modern design strikes the perfect balance between contrasting and complementing the ageless nature surrounding it.

The hotel is located at the ‘bottom’ of the island, right next to the Phuket Aquarium. We were a little bit worried that we won’t find anything interesting in this rural area. But we had nothing to worry about! There are many restaurants and shops around, including well-known 7Eleven and Family Mart.

The resort is quite big and located on the hill. For some guests, it may be difficult to walk around. They don’t need to worry about anything though. There is free tuk tuk available at Sri Panwa that can take you anywhere you want within the hotel area. It’s always available, so you don’t need to book it in advance or wait for it.

Pools

Of course, if you can’t or don’t wish to head all the way down to the seaside itself, you’ll want to take advantage of the pool and spa area onsite. The latter can be particularly soothing for those looking to simply relax, with luxurious spas as well as impeccable service, allowing you to enjoy the spa waters and atmosphere while enjoying a treat or two.

What’s more, you can also take advantage of one of the spa clubs on site. And then there are the pools. They are as elegantly shaped as they are well-maintained. That combination is, as you can see, the secret to so much of this hotel’s sustained success, and it’s exemplified here. The pools are shaped to have a truly special design. They are maintained by an expert staff who knows the ins and outs of proper pool care, while those attending to poolside service and cuisine likewise do their jobs splendidly.

For example, if you’re looking to enjoy a poolside cocktail, the staff at Sri Panwa Hotel have you covered, mixing and serving the most sumptuous of drinks to make your day in the sun that much brighter.

Rooms

The rooms themselves are no slouch, either. In keeping with the modern feel and tone of the place, you’ll be able to enjoy a wide range of different modern amenities in your room, from flat-screen TVs to Wi-Fi and beyond. In addition, the rooms are incredibly spacious and feature massive, comfortable beds that allow you to relax and unwind after an exciting day out in the Phuket region.

The staff at Sri Panwa Hotel is outstanding, they will happily assist you in any way imaginable, fulfilling whatever requests you might have for room service and thus helping to transform your room into the most comfortable place to stay that you could possibly imagine.

We’ve been staying at penthouse with a private infinity pool. It was spacious, comfortable and have an amazing view. It’s worth to mention that every room has a special lighting control- you can decide what mood you are in and adjust the lights to it. Romantic or Sexy was the perfect for the evening for us.

There is iPod in every room where you can choose your own music to listen. It was really great to have the music playing the background, while relaxing in our infinity pool

What we REALLY liked about Sri Panwa is that our mini bar was well equipped and refilled daily. All of the hotel guests have free snacks and drinks to enjoy in their room. Those are not just small bottles of water but good quality products like Fanta, Kit Kat or beer.

Restaurants

Finally, there are the restaurants. For as much of a five-star resort as the luxury hotel already is, these places truly go above and beyond. The food onsite excellent and in keeping with the finest standards of traditional Thai cuisine, with Baba Nest yet again serving as one of the premiere places for dinner and cocktails.I t’s an award winning rooftop bar. Some guests choose to stay at Sri Panwa only to be able to watch the sunsets at Baba Nest everyday.

Below you can see a short movie from the breakfast we had at Sri Panwa. It was outstanding! We honestly can’t think of anything that you WON’T be able to find there. Thai food, Western food, fruits and many more. They even had the chairs for the babies that we really appreciated.

Plan your next stay in Thailand a better way by booking one of the best hotels in Phuket which is Sri Panwa.
